I ordered a laser engraver on 20/11/22 for a Xmas present, it went through customs in the UK then into the Hermes/evri delivery network. Hasn`t moved since 29/11/22. Contacted customer support and asked them to send me a EVRI tracking number as the one TOMTOP gives doesn`t work on the EVRI site.. emailed about 10 times now and still no joy!!
