Also, some of the functionality is only accessible outside of the app, requiring either PC or browser access. Camera itself was advertised as 30fps, but only supports 25fps."

"Unrefined unlike the Tapo Camera itself. I have the VIGI NVR1016H NVR. When compared to the Tapo C320WS motion detect feature, the camera can record the few seconds before and after the event on the microsd.But with this nvr hardware,the event is cut already hence you wont see the earlier seconds of the motion detection. what i liked about the tapo camera is that feature. unfortunately that is not reliable on the nvr and i had to turn on continous recording just to actually capture entire event"

"Wery dissapionted. Slow and unstable software, hardware. Cameras go offline and shut down randomly on my TP-link LAN and NVR loose camera signal every day. My network is built only from TP-link products and designated for CCTV no 3rd party... Also there is limit of few minutes for live view online! After that I can not access my CCTV online. The alerts do not send pictures. Only message and I need to open the slow loading VIGI app to check it. Please improve your service. Terrible experience!"

This App needs to be consistent with the functionality of the VIGI desktop app as well as the UI on the TP-Link NVR units. TP-Link`s NVR units and VIGI apps also need to better support Tapo Cameras and the ONVIF standard. As yet there are too many differences between the mobile app, desktop app and devices, which limit these products from being business ready."
