"At first this app was awesome. I`d post a concern and ask for advice and recieve a lot of help and support from fellow OCD sufferers. But now, whenever I post about an issue I am having I receive an ``alumni`` response that Isn`t helpful at all. They are always trying to push me to start doing online therapy on the nocd app. I have already been through ERP/ACT therapy and I will mention that in my posts but they will still comment saying ``have you tried ERP/ACT therapy?`` So irritating."

"I used this app for only 4 sessions I left owing 600 dollars, geting emails sent only to my spam about outstanding balances, I am with a new support system but I would not encourage this app, in my messages from awhile ago, I noticed info from another patient, instead of just the last messages sent from the therapist and I, so.. concerning, not to mention the community side, which is just a reassurance seeking trap to fall into between sessions, this app feels predatory for people struggling."
