"App doesn`t work wired on 2 of the 3 Android devices I have. It works on my Galaxy S8, but not on my samsung tablet (it just freezes as soon it connects) and my 2022 Motorola G Power doesn`t work. The Motorola sees the camera, the camera name, and firmware version...but fails to connect. I see Monitor+ telling bad reviews to just email them and they`ll help. it`s been a week and I got no response back. Idea is great, execution and customer service was poor. Buy a real monitor. I want a refund."

"I`m using the Pro version on my Sony A7III, where the USB-C port doesn`t seem to work, but luckily the Micro-USB does. Any idea why? - Also, the ``Tap to focus`` function in Photo mode won`t work with the Back Button AF set on camera, so it`s necessary to change it back to Focus with Shutter button. - And the last thing: It sucks that the Live Feed is stopped for the moment the camera downloads the shots, so it disrupts the shooting, but it seems impossible to change the settings for that."
