"United States Postal Service is a government regulated service to ensure that our mail is being handled (by the courier) properly and discretely. USPS have to uphold a code of ethics that is mandatory. My mail handler DOES NOT pick-up or delivery my mail at this residence! He does not wear a uniform, instead he always wears a black muscle shirt with no sleeves. I have made 3 complaints to the `acting postmaster` with no results. I am being discriminated against the rest of the Americans."
