"Continued issues accessing my account on my mobile phone even after contacting tech support and uninstalling/reinstalling several times. Keeps saying Technical issues or just continually trying to login. I wish I could use this on the go to study since I`m testing In a month and subscribed several weeks ago. Initially no connection issues but now it`s all the time (can connect on home wifi but not using my data for some odd reason). Data works perfectly with all other apps. Very disappointed ."
