"Works great! I Initially had an issue connecting with the QR code, but then I switched to manual connect by entering the password generated by the boiler control and it was smooth sailing. Much easier to program the boiler with this app than via HMI - especially if the unit is in a tight space. Bravo Viessmann! Best app ever for programming boilers."

Update: I have sent an email as requested and I still did not get an answer. Winter is coming and I will not be prepared I cannot install my vi climate sensor because the app keeps throwing this internet error on me. i have a very fast and stable internet connection!"

"I`m really quite disappointed, this is over complicated, badly thought out and very difficult to use. After 3 hours, 5 calls to technical eventually we had to set it up remotely using the technical guys own login and then transfer it over. If this come from the factory already bound to the boiler that would be a step in the right direction."
