"Rarely leave feedback but this app has fatal flaw using Bluetooth that Vonage can`t fix. By default phone answers in Bluetooth mode and the only way to fix is turn off Bluetooth. Callers can`t hear me until I disable each time so if my watch is connected via Bluetooth then I can`t talk until I disconnect. Contacted Vonage tech support and they know of problem and can`t fix. Not a great took for business causing us to reconsider using Vonage for our business"

"Absolutely regret signing a contract with Vonage. There is no pop up to notify you of an incoming call through this app if you are on a personal call. This means be prepared to lose business as I am right now. Also, it`s hard to listen to voicemails , because the volume is so low. I thought I was making a good decision by leaving Ring central after 9 years. I should have stayed and dealt with the minor issues I had with them. I won`t be renewing my contract."
