I don`t know why they don`t, though I assume it has to do with higher processing fees; but, geez WPS; do you realize how many banks issue VISA Debit cards? That`s the only reason your app gets 3/5 stars from me. Because you refuse to accept VISA in your app, I have to jump through hoops to pay my bill using the Quick Pay feature, which (miracle of miracles) accepts VISA. That makes NO SENSE."
