The process was clear and when I had trouble with one of the receipts (the store emailed it to them instead of printing it for me) they very quickly resolved it and got it approved. There`s of course the adventage of not having to walk around with my passport and asking for the receipts they need is easier than a tax refund form from my experience. Thanks Wevat!"

"Successfully submit my application on the day back. Approval was quick. Today is two month and two weeks and I still have no receive of tax refund. Besides, the app removed my application! I can no longer track which is worrying! Emailed them but no reply for 2 weeks. Advertising to use the in-app chat but I have to create a random application so to speak to someone live!! Thank god, Sabrina has been so helpful and sorted my case with application. I still need to wait tho. #Sabrina very good#"

With this app I just scanned in any invoice (for any amount, not just purchases over 100€, again, another advantage over detaxe), and within a few minutes it was either approved, or I was told what I needed to do to fix it. Customer service with this app was also amazing. Even at 7 am at CDG, they answered my chat when I had issues and guided me through the customs procedure until I got it validated."
