Locked pricing where drivers can go double the kilometres or distance the app calculated price for but price will never increase. I picked a rider where the rider wasted almost 45 minutes through different routes but price remained same. Some times the riders even asked if we the drivers get profit. Why don`t you upgrade your app to charge for extra kilometres or distance? How?"
