"I`ve rarely seen such a big, capital-intensive business mess up the app they crucially depend upon so badly. The idea is great, but the fact that the app has to have internet access to lock/unlock the car is terrible! Have you ever considered what happens to cell phone signal in an underground parking garage? Also, you are only asked to take pics after unlocking the car, and when the car auto-locks because of inactivity, you cannot unlock it again without aborting the picture process!"

"The worst app and the worst customer service my boyfriend rented a car for 9 hours and paid $95 for it. On the way to the rental he got a notification saying that the car rental was cancelled even though he didn`t cancel it and they still charged the $95. When we got there he had to rent again for 1 hour because that`s all he was able to pay for and when he called customer service they gave him attitude and did not help at all. They didn`t give him the money and kept trying to charge him more."

My account got deactivated after being a subscriber almost 2 years and I was told to reactive my account with higher monthly rate. Even then I couldn`t reactivate from the mobile app and website and the customer service couldn`t provide any assistance. Awful experience."
