"Ok so it doesn`t look like Roav Viva are going to fix this issue any time soon, if you have the pre update version of this app (that still works!) download APK Extractor from the playstore. Using this app create an APK of the previous version, copy this to your phone (I did this via my pc), and then install the APK. After weeks of waiting I`m up and running again. Fingers crossed it will be fixed in the not too distant future!"

Now, the notification is on 24/7, it seems to hear less and when I talk to Alexa, the Roav screen comes on over my GPS and it is usually at very opportune times.
