"Overall useful, but the app needs worked on. I tried to get a ride for 10 minutes, and it finally gave me one...with a 29 minute wait. The bus they gave me passed me by 2 minutes earlier and was going almost exactly where I needed to. And this isnt a rare event. I work 5 days a week, using it each time, and this happens at least 2 times a week. Also if you use it, you have to confirm your location first (which is wrong half the time), which is the opposite of most ridesharing apps."
