Alber sagt, dass ich den Entwickler kontaktieren soll...und wer ist als Entwickler angegeben? Oh ja...Alber. witzig. Das Geld wird zwar zurückgebucht, dauert aber. In der Zeit habe ich 300 Euro Minus."

"Backwards joystick , Expensive add-ons, difficult to use. Reverse Left turns goes back Right. Have to pay for basic things like a more responsive mode for outdoor use and a gentler mode for navigating tight indoor areas. Between having to unlock the phone and navigating screens in the app it takes a long time to start and stop cruise control. The app frequently disconnects from the wheels and has to be unlocked again. No watch variation! Then at least I wouldn`t have to worry dropping phone."

"I received my rims yesterday. We had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times yesterday to get it to stay connected. Today I woke up and guess what, the app doesn`t recognize my rims again! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now it doesn`t even ask me for my pin. Nightmare."

"Buyer beware!. The current version of this app will charge your credit card and then produce an error that prevents the Mobility Package, or any package, from installing. So now I have $660 charged to my credit card for two attempts to install the Mobility Package, and no Mobility Package. The error is ``Error: An error occurred. Please try again. PG-GEMF-02.``. Too bad the app doesn`t check for an error before billing. There`s no way to undo this, so don`t try it again! Alber in Germany is useless. Come on, they respond to English reviews in canned, German robo-responses. A support email to them did get me a contact in the U.S. So, it`s up to me to get my purchases refunded through my credit card issuer and then find a way to activate the Mobility Package. The app itself is pretty basic. I found a couple of typos in the UI. The PIN entry is not a number keypad, just the regular QWERTY keyboard. The packages don`t always appear; the app needs a restart. Sloppy. The free functions do work, but without the Mobility Package, the full potential of the M25 wheels can`t be reached. The wheels themselves are awesome, but I can only use the factory defaults. Alber needs German software engineers to go with their German product engineers. UPDATE: Google Pay`s $1 discount was the culprit. Disabling this discount allowed the Mobility Package to install. Google has refunded the charges, or will with 14-days. Google Support was very helpful but the chat session took over an hour."

"Very well designed and organised app. Contains a lot of features and they are all quickly and easily accessed with a fast and easy-to-use menu. I would recommend all the e-motion M25 users to download the app even if you just want to use the free features. I would also recommend looking at the paid extras/add ons- for me they are well worth it. Also I am glad they are updating the app regularly with fixes and updates. Hopefully they will also release an IOS version at some point. I have checked and any addons you buy on the app are registered to your wheels, therefore they will be also available if you buy a new phone or your partner`s phone etc and I`m fairly sure if they release an IOS version they will be replicated there. For information-I`m running it on android 8.0.0. Well done Alber-you`ve really hit the ball out of the park with these wheels and the app. I imagine they will dominate the power addon market for many years. Please keep reviewing the App and this make updates when necessary for changes to this the OS etc. M25 user. (previously M15 and M12 user)."

Smartphones have become an integral part of our everyday lives. It goes without saying that e-motion also makes full use of the benefits of this technology. The e-motion Mobility App is divided in three sections.
The free section provides you with four pre-set driving profiles that influence the driving behaviour of your e-motion. You can also display the current speed, mileage or charge level on your smartphone and even record and save tours via GPS.
In addition the app informs you about eventual errors and helps you to solve them. It shows you how to properly use the e-motion and the app helps you to prepare when travelling. If necessary you can also update the software of the e-motion wheels via your smartphone.
You want to have both hands free while moving or an extra dose of speed to go faster? With the Mobility Plus Package you can activate a variety of clever additional functions in the Mobility App.
With the Mobility Plus Package you can increase the support speed from 6 km/h to 8,5 km/h and benefit from the Cruise Mode that allows you to keep a permanent speed with only one deflection on the push rim.
In addition you can use all functions of the ECS remote control on your smartphone and remotely control you wheelchair for parking. Moreover the Mobility Plus Package allows you to count the amount of pushes during a recorded tour. All this gives you even more from your e-motion!
In the protected professional section you can individually adapt the driving behaviour of the e-motion. The following parameters can be adjusted: Maximum speed, maximum torque, sensitivity of the sensors as well as the ramp-up and follow-up time.
