"Review below updated for app v1.5.0: After a couple of crashy starts the timetable function is starting OK. Challenge 1 below remains, Challenge 2 is fixed. Thank you. Another observation: timetabled events didn`t automatically update when Daylight Saving Time started. Not a biggy - just delete and re-programme events. And, DST may not have much of a future at least in Europe. +++++ Review of app v1.4.0 with Konnect underblanket (similar to UB200 but with two controllers). App presentation - Simple, attractive and clean screens, easy to understand and use. WiFi connection – consistently good. Setting up account - Fine if you know the rules - see other reviews but the special doesn`t have to be ``!``. Functionality - Great. The blanket generally does what the app tells it to, and promptly, except.. Midnight - now here are the challenges. (1) An app-timetabled event that runs through midnight will stop on the blanket at midnight. E.g. set 22:00 to 01:00 in the app and the blanket will run 22:00 to 00:00. Work-around: Set two events E.g. 22:00 to 23:59 and 00:00 to 01:00. (2) An app-timetabled event ending at midnight isn`t seen by the blanket on the day you’ve set it. Work-around: Wait until it’s supposed to be running that day. Turn the timetable event off and back on in the app. The event starts and subsequent ones run OK. Or just timetable the event to end at 23:59. Conclusion - if it wasn`t for the midnight stuff, I`d give 5/5. As it is, 4/5. Note to Beurer - Now the app is as good as the blanket, how about going to the next level of customer satisfaction with a Smart Home skill for Alexa and the other assistants out there?"

"How did they make this app worse? Now it takes about 5x setting it to actually work. And it often loses the connection and it resets at each update, and it takes 15 inexplicable seconds to show you the branding at start. Just a horrible app. The shame is that if this worked at all OK, this product would be utterly amazing. The ability to set the blanket from your phone before going to bed is a godsend, then blanket itself is good and they`d dominate the market if anyone would recommend it!"

"Put an exclamation mark in your password. That`s 1 problem sorted but there`s so many more. My blanket is turning on at all the wrong times. The whole app is a mess to be honest. Why can`t beurer hire someone to sort this app out?"

"Got the blanket 2 weeks ago. App connection has been down for one week. What a disappointment for a premium device. Apparently the App Server is down. Why do I need to go through a server abroad to control the Blanket in my bed. Seems like this is a recurring theme. I`m unfortunately returning the blanket, because without the app features, it`s an overpriced ordinary heated underblanket with No features."

After hours of tinkering, if your password is exactly 8 characters, includes a capital letter, number(s) and an exclamation mark it may work but that does not alter how useless the app and instructions are. It does work but only by luck and no thanks to the app instructions. Disappointing for a premium product."
