My media key would max out during a video call then it would sink again. While on the lock volume option in the app."

"I wish I could give it a better rating but even after I confirm that all of my volume settings are set to maximum I can`t seem to get it to keep my ringtone at maximum. It does well with my media volume but I need to hear from my clients. I`ve tried everything including unmute with incoming calls but I can not guarantee that my phone will ring when my calls come in. My OS is Android 8.0.0. Any idea?"
