"503 Service Unavailable Installed on my phone, attempted to configure MFA, how do I scan a QR displayed on my phone using my phone? Therefore installed on my tablet as well, get error 503 on both devices, pictures of hot dogs, croissants, and cat t-shirts are too tiny to make sense of. If this was designed to test my patience then I have failed. Will try again in a few weeks or use some alternative app for the D-ticket."

"If i try to book a ticket via app and try to pay with a card, it asks to confirm in the bank app, but after I do that, and return back to db app, it shoes me an error, the bank transaction is completed, money are gone but I don`t have ticket!this happened couple of times already and db support didn`t help to refund money. They have to fix their app!"

Nevertheless since this April I`m not able to buy a single ticket because my ``data is not correct``. It doesn`t offer a solution or a link to fix the problem and after cleaning cache, re-installing the app and other attempts still doesn`t work. Also your website doesn`t offer a solution for the problem. Once again DB leaving their customers to fend for themselves."
