I know the option appears directly after charging, but as an afterthought, it`s not possible to go back to leave feedback. If I want to pay whatever random owners want to charge me, I don`t need to pay a subscription for the privilege! Also, any benefits of a subscription are not shown prior to subscribing! Stay away."

Please add the exact charger number to the history, so that when the charge stops out-of-the-blue, I can easily restart it. 3. The active charge time measurement shows funny charging time, e.g. I`ve been charging for 30 mins yet the app shows 6 mins. Perhaps the time is only increased when the app is actively shown on screen? 4. I`ve been charging for 81mins using 4,88kWh. Does that mean I`ve charged 6,59kW in total :confused:? Perhaps you could show both the charging speed in kWh, and total electricity charged in kW."

Send them an email about my problems, no answer. Ordered a new password and login to my email - nothing shows up. This could be a cool app, but it`s complete nightmare to try to get anything done now. I`d say this puts check marks on all categories on how NOT to do an app launch, CX or customer service."

In this release we are introducing improvements to our one-time payment drivers. It is now possible to find your one-time payment receipts in our mobile app. You can share these receipts e.g. via email or Whatsapp or download and save them for later use. We have also made other minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance the user experience of Virta app.
