"Website clearly indicated that if dLoading the app, would be able to do a test call before charging call-time in advance to my credit card. And after previous BAD experiences with loading money to phone apps .. only to encounter miserable call quality, app deficiencies, glitches, and un-responsive Customer Support .. it IS essential to Me to TEST up-front .. no matter what is said about the app. Meanwhile, waste of Time to dLoad this .. never allowed Me to actually TEST it first when I opened the app and attempted to call. Still hope to find a reliable and honest v/o IP app .. since, clearly, this isn`t it."
