"Buggy app. Slow performance. Drains your battery. Fast passes can only be paid with credit card. You need to finish payment in your banking app. This results in time out. Credit card is charged but you do not receive your fastpass. Linked entrance tickets can not be use to enter the park. You still need to print the QR code. Please improve."

"I used the WDW app in Florida and it was fantastic! Linked my tickets, fast pass, dining plans. It was a real time saver. I`ve booked with WD Travel Company to DL Paris and despite this, it won`t link my hotel booking or tickets to the app. Frustrating is an understatement!"

"Utter disappoinment. The map is not detailed enough and navigation is very poor. I had to switch to Google maps to get from one place to the next on a rainy day. Trying to reserve a table would not work, even though the specific restaurants we tried to reserve had reasonable availability after a 5-10 minutes wait by the door. Ride information is vague, no indication if a ride is a family ride or a teens/ adults (more violent), had to search on the internet and watch countless ads to find out."

"It`s a half baked app I`m afraid. While giving a lot of info, we found ourselves using a hard copy of a map to get around and get our info most of the time. This is why: 1. GPS navigation is choppy at best. 2. Map cannot be rotated! 3. No good sort options for events or other categories. 4. No notifications. 5. Wait times refresh is too slow. I wouldn`t rely on it solely."

"The very notion of an app which glues parents to their phone screens when they are supposed to be connecting with their kids and enjoying the parks is wrong. This app multiplied our stress level by 3 as we tried to find rides without unacceptable hour long wait times to do next. We were on a constant internal debate on whether to shell out the extra 18€ per person to skip a line. I`m sure it generates extra income but this buggy and imprecise app is not going to make you smile wider."
