"Not even deserve for 1 star. Costumer service operators are rude. ID VERIFICATION has been verified. It says NO ANNUAL LIMIT, BALANCE LIMIT (HIGHEST 100,000HKD) , annual balance NO LIMIT, DAILY TOP UP 5,000HKD, monthly top up 30,000. But I only used 7k HKD WEEKLY and it says ANNUAL LIMIT has been reached. I tried to call CS several times, but all of the operator shut my call."
