"``Using Darios since the start. Great food, quick, good portions & prices. In the last 2 to 3 years things began to slide, prices crept up, now they`re the most expensive in the area, portions shrunk, less sauce & toppings in the burgers, soggier chips, gritty kebab meat, bland burgers, cheap paper on the fish glued to the batter so half of it goes in the bin, wraps paper rolled inside with the food, quality dropped across the menu. Meal deal prices go up & the drink now just water, soft drinks (sugar-free or not) now 50c extra! The app gives your 7th order free, but the coupon is only valid for 10 days! Ordering & delivery fell apart, delivery once 20 to 40 minutes now about an hour. Paid for extras (cheese etc), rairly appear. Our last 3 orders they forgot stuff & we had to wait for a 2nd delivery. The last order they forgot a burger, rang & they agreed they had missed it, promised it would be straight out. Hour later no burger, ring again & told it was forgotten, again! Asked for a refund, it was processed a few mins later, they even got this wrong & did not refund the extra cost cheese on it. After over a decade of loyal custom I will never give them my business again``"

"Open app and select a kids meal the app shuts down when you add it to checkout and open it back up and the kids meal option is not part of the menu have to delete it and download it and the same happens again and on the meals like kabab meal you can`t take away garlic sause cabbage or anything it`s very annoying and went else we`re to order as app is not up to date"
