"I tried to attend one of my favorite music artist`s live room and did everything the email stated. I was ONE minute late for the live room and was unable to attend because of this. This is absolutely ridiculous and this should have been in the instructions. I am a teacher and write instructions everyday for my students. I hope that you all improve this app so that fans don`t continue to be disappointed. Thank you!!"
