"Should have a option for destinations just like Grab or Go Jek. GPS always not working or super lagging as informed by Passenger. QR code not stable, few time even after passenger scanned the QR code, passenger side show paid but the Tada app will turn round and round didn`t go thru until more than 10 minutes. "1) Chances of accidentally tapping and accepting the job is very high. Happened to me twice as the job i wanna accept disappear in secs and a new job appeared. Paid penalty. Suggest to have a 2 sec delay for prompting incoming job or use slider to accept job instead of tapping. 2) App will disappear from the background and gotta re-open. 3) Have an option to stop incoming job when nearing drop off destination. Its either distracting or drivers need to go for break. Thanks."

Completed tada cash booking job, upon arrival destination, drunk working girl claimed no money, no cashcard but wallet had many cards, ATM, credit, debit, nets, flash etc; refused to pay n just walk off. feedback many times to tada but no response. didn`t acknowledge, even after email, hotline call no response, it`s been over 2 months. Once bitten twice shy. Never use tada again!"
