"Apple store now has version 4.0 but play store has version 1.0.. in this day and age this is sad that adcb does not want android customers to recieve updated software, that too something that is used for recieving payments. This is discrimination between platforms. Resolve this issue asap."

"This one star is to get your attention. We have an account with ADCB. Even after signing up several times on the website we haven`t been contacted by anyone. I have called customer service 3 times and each call took around 30 minutes. On every call I was given some other number to call on. Nobody seems to know anything. Please advise let me know to reach you guys to get things fixed or should be assumed that Network International is offering better services? Hoping to hear soon from you. Thanks!"

It offers customers the convenience of paying by card for the products purchased or services availed. In case of home deliveries, a payment link can be sent to the customer`s mobile phone for payment completion.
It is a cost effective and a hassle free mode of conducting business. The transactions are 3D secure. Business owners can track business performance and also review their transactions on the ADCB Pace Pay app dashboard. The Self Help videos and the frequently asked questions on the App help them to navigate and use the App seamlessly.
