"After downloading & setting up my account, I turned biometric setting on & transferred some ETH and SYLO. I tried staking the SYLO but my fingerprint couldn`t be read by the app. I tried sending my crypto out, but same thing.. I decided to uninstall the app and try again. I forgot to copy my backup phrase amid the confusion, and now I cannot access my account. I take full responsibility for my mistake, but I think the app should REQUIRE copying the seed phrase when setting up like other wallets"

"Been using this app for maybe a year as i love the idea of Blockchain based messaging platform. Its a bit slow and cluncky but love it still, itll get there in the end im sure. I have had issues when sending BTC to another wallet, a message cume up stating that there has been an error or unable to send... Then hours later I noticed it had sent but the app tells you it hasn`t. Lucky I didn`t send the payment again from another wallet and pay twice. I have updated since & hope its been fixed"
