"Refusal to fix purchase, fake customer support email. I searched through reviews just to finally find a response with a customer support email for it to be a fake one. The purchase issue has been like this for over a year and no attempts to fix the issue. I want my money back. You have had so much time to fix the issue and no attempt to do so.
