"They do horrible business. We ordered a couple bottles of Hennessy and we got the ``Less than a hour`` message. A hour and a half goes by so we call the liquor store and they said the order was canceled. It took us 30mins to get in contact with these minibar app people and they said ``Ok we weren`t aware of the cancellation and I`ll get a refund in 24hrs. Smh horrible business"

"They made an inventory mistake, I ordered two limited edition bottles, the store sent me two regular bottles. I contacted customer service and they told me it was an inventory mistake and they cannot take back the bottles. After a few back and forth they agreed to take back the bottles and issue a refund, I`m glad that they`ve come to this decision."

There`s a store minimum, but you can`t search for items from a specific store, so you just have to poke around and hope you find something from the same store. It`s absolutely ridiculous. Unless it`s just me being stupid and missing it. I`ll update if that turns out to be true, but a basic feature like that should be available and be hard to miss."
