"In my opinion, a poorly thought out app. It should never have been released in it`s current state. The interface is poorly designed and unituative. Drilling down through the menus to find what you want is a pain. The search function returns ambiguous results. I would not consider staying at any H10 hotel in the future, unless they refine this app."

So I thought I`d try the app. I enter my search terms and it simply says ``review fields`` even though I`m using their drop-down selections. So although I joined the H10 club I can`t find any way of booking directly with them. I`ll either use a third party, or stay elsewhere. H10, you`ve lost a potential customer, but given the number of poor reviews here I`m guessing you."
