"I`ve been using it in conjunction with an AW station for a couple years, closer to 3 years. It`s only had a few outages in that time. Longest few were a day long, several were for a few hour`s. I set up leak alarm notices. Glad I did! Saved me a completely flooded basement after leaving work to check on it. Needing a new hot water tank.. not as good. Is reliable the vast majority of the time."
