As a private individual, I don`t get invoices with importers codes and I don`t know how to find them myself. I do know, however, that my photo polymer stamps are not articles made of vulcanized rubber, like their customs team declared them to be on a previous shipment. On seeing an unrealistically high charge, I asked for more detail before I pay, customer care refused."
