"Why change a good thing? Or at least allow users to stay with the old App? 5 minutes into downloading this and im already frustrated. I`ve had to reset my password twice and it still won`t let me log in - only requires I reset my password again. "This app makes Zelle difficult, I cannot send money since this new app. Oh, I did, and I received money on Zelle. I have not changed anything but I did it all on this new app. I played by the rules. Seemingly, the rules change or reset and I have people who are struggling and they call me at the last hour to make sure their account does not go negative. So, I use Zelle to do this. Usually, all I would like to do is be able to use Zelle as I have. Well, seemingly, that is not the design."

"Awful.......old app faster....easier to transfer money between accounts......takes extra long time to log in.....now true balance of account not given if there is a pending transaction... it seems to me if the members own the credit union according to the credit union we should have a say in the app..... my suggestion go back to the old app there was nothing wrong with it the old adage if it ain`t broke don`t fix it"
