In the past, Glucometers issued by KP allowed for meal tagging *on the meter itself*, and not as a separate fu cation on an outside app. The present arrangement gives an inconvenient hurdle to tracking readings. 4. Under the ``Support`` tab, there is NO INFORMATION, except the message `no FAQs`. 5. App won`t pair after an update."

Managing your health just got easier with the Kaiser Permanente Health Ally app, designed for patients enrolled in a diabetes or hypertension Remote Monitoring program. Once enrolled by a KP clinician, use this mobile app to seamlessly share device data with your care team.
If you aren’t enrolled and think you may qualify to participate, reach out to your care team for information.

Our app uses the following permissions:
