"Via was much better it would show when your ride had a pick up , now every time I`ve use the this app it`s been riding me with others that live far away from my drop off and adds extra 15 to my commute and gives the longest route to my place, not only that but the annoying thing is when u open back to the app instead of showing where your ride is on the map is always zooms to your drop off, so you have to zoom out and navigate to find where is your ride"

"I used Via every day before it was changed to Flex. The service is awful service now. Be prepared to wait up to 45 mins. No less than 30 min wait at initial ETA. 10 to 15 minutes additional delay wait time. Be prepared to sit on a stranger`s lap. Vans are overbooked."

"0 stars! The via app was better! This rarely gives the option for a ride, always suggests the bus, even called the number to book a ride, thinking dealing with their customer service would be easier... wrong! They couldn`t even get me a ride to my home from the transit station which was never an issue before as im in their ``permitted zone`` the whole point of this app is to book a ride yet they suggest bus routes... i have other apps for that! This has become virtually useless!"

- Book an on-demand ride on your phone.
- Meet your driver on a nearby corner.

Use your phone to tell Metro Flex where you are and where you want to go. You’ll receive a nearby pick-up location for a Metro Flex vehicle only a short walk away.
FAST
It just takes a minute to book your ride! The app will send you an approximate arrival time for your Metro Flex vehicle.
AFFORDABLE
Metro Flex costs the same as a Metro bus trip. And with your ORCA card, you can transfer for free to or from a bus or Sound Transit Link light rail. You can also pay with a Transit GO Ticket or credit/debit card. Youth up to age 18 ride free.
