"Efectuez plati online sau transferuri bancare, intre alte conturi bancar, de la alte banci, cat si aceeasi banca, pe care le autorizez prin amprenta sau smart token, imi apar efectuate cu succes, apoi, la cateva ore imi dispar din istoric. Nu apar nici cu eroare, nici retinute, pur si simplu nu se pot identifica in cont! Iar in call center imi spun ca nu se observa. "Absolutely no option to make online payments unless you go into one of their branches, IN ROMANIA, even though you might live in new Zealand, so you can update your phone number which must be a romanian phone number. You cannot update your details online, cannot do it on chat as there is none, cannot do it via phone. Ridiculous not to have another option available in 2023. And after emailing them, guess what?! They replied after 2 months. And still no options given."
