"Во время COVID19 у меня есть международный рейс, частично отмененный, частично через закрытые границы. Tutu отказалась вернуть мне деньги. Я звонил 5 раз, и они продолжают говорить, что кто-то перезвонит мне. Никто никогда не звонил. Последние 2 раза я разговаривал с Ксенией, а потом с Валерией - совершенно бесполезно. Вся ложь, что кто-то перезвонит. Никто не звонит и не будет. I have an international flight during COVID19 lock-down, partly cancelled, partly through closed borders. TutuREFUSED to refund me. I called 5 times and they keep saying that someone will call me back. No one ever called. Last 2 times I spoke to Ksenia and then Valeria - totally useless. All lies that someone will call back. Don`t hold your breath. No one calling."
