"Since the last update, there has been a bug that doesn`t allow me to process student cancellations. When I select `student` as the person cancelling, the field where the reason is stated doesn`t appear. It only appears if you select `teacher`. It doesn`t allow me to cancel because that field is missing. I have been expecting an update to resolve this problem, but it has been long since the last update."
