"Exceptional workout app. I enjoy the adaptive nature. Workouts get progressively more difficult to dial in the challenge level, and the always changing routine keeps things interesting. I`m coming off of a half marathon training plan, and this has been a great transition back into the gym. I also really like that the workouts arent so involved that I cant get through them in a reasonable time."
