I do not have any bad experience with them but in general, support should be easy to approach and should be there when needed if one wish to build a good relationship with the customers. India phone number just asks you to wait but no one picks up the phone. If the offices are closed you should mention the time to call. Skype contact approval is still pending after 24h so can not send any message on skype. Email generates a new ticket number."
