"If I could give a .25 star I would! It freezes ALL the time! The company asks for screenshots or videos of the issues but its literally EVERYTHING! So many times I`m playing for 30min only for the game to freeze and when I reload it EVERYTHING from the last 30mins has been undone and I have to do every damn thing all over again. When you have too many items in bubbles it drags the whole game and causes it to move so slow."

You will also reach a level in the main game and not be able to move on without more stars. You will not get info on where the stars need to be earned or how many. You`re just stuck.
