The recent arena remix was a terrible move, and because of it, my highest rank is something I can`t maintain at my current power level. I`m not even sure how I attained it. Before the remix, I was getting enough arena coins every day to buy 5 shards. It was 32 an hour, and now I`m getting 6 an hour. I reached out to customer service to get a non answer, and then was ignored after."

"Edit: I quit. Looking at the JP server, this game is becoming a grinding hell. Plenty of new characters get released, but the level cap keeps increasing endlessly. Imagine upgrading 1 girl to level 250+ and rank 25+. Now do that 15 times. You won`t be able to play with the new character you just pulled. Arena shop provides character fragments but PvP is SUPER broken. And don`t bother with giving suggestions to the game`s devs. They don`t care. They just follow what the JP server does."

"It`s nice that the game is fully voiced and the stories are simple and short but its mechanics do not reward your work, paradoxically a lot of characters become weaker if you upgrade them past a certain point and the game helps you sabotage yourself too by giving you a button called Optimise which with just a tap does the exact opposite, irreparably. PvP is also a trainwreck, instead of players the brackets are full of bots that outlevel you even at max level now. Level up to beat PvP= lose PvE"
