"So as of 3/27 I am still unable to collect my welcome pack my keepers and my allstar level. Somehow customer service was able to get my vip status back for which I appreciate very much. I sent a ticket in to cust serv in tap 23 on 3/21 and still haven`t heard back. All I really want is my allstar level restored. I`d be happy with just that. Update 3/27. The issue has been fixed. Thank you. The game really isn`t that bad when everything is going the way its supposed to."

The way this game is now, I don`t recommend it to anyone. And good old glu isn`t doing anything about it. And glu doesn`t respond when you contact them about the issues. This version is garbage. I gave it one star and I didn`t even want to give it that. People who play should boycott this game and not waist their time or money until this is fixed."
