"They`re sending recovery ID codes that load game progress linked to other players FACEBOOK accounts! Been playing for a few months. New update wouldn`t work, told to reinstall the game. Progress reset to about week 1. Not happy. They can`t do anything to get mt game back. Support just keep telling me I should have linked to Facebook and asking for my former ID! I don`t use Facebook and I never knew I had an ID. Pointless game anyway but when your progress resets, it`s infuriating!"
