"Game is continuously crashing for the last 2 weeks with absolutely no resolution. Resources are wasted as you can`t get them back, and it crashes before you can even do anything. The ad bonuses they plug are just a waste of time, as you`ll watch it, the game crashes, and you do not receive the bonus. For the bot that`s about to tell me to create a help ticket, I did submit one two weeks ago. The only thing they can tell you is to play offline which does no good in the events."
