"3 star when I stopped being able to log in with Google and lost progress. 1 star when two ``download and reach X level`` ads failed under free gems. Negative 1 star for customer service denying My ticket in regards to last issue and complete silence in regards to still, two weeks later, not getting access to my Google login. Developer, the biggest improvement you can make to the game is reliable customer service."
