"The game is fun & has tons of interesting details. But I`ve been stuck in the same battle for over a week because it is almost impossible to level up the characters. There are lots of ways to win extras, but the extras don`t seem to be worth winning. Most of my characters are frozen at their current level. Whenever I try/fail a battle, the suggestion is that I raise my characters` level. Which I can`t do because the game says they`re ``max rarity,`` whatever that means."

There are some clever ideas here but there are so many UX issues, like information discoverability, and outright incorrect help text (like character ability descriptions). 1-star characters need to be rethought. The game starts you out with a good 2* roster which mean the masses of 1* characters you pull never get used and can`t be ``promoted``, only scrapped."

I`ve seen others stuck in the same exact spot. I want to love this game so badly again but now it`s becoming a chore and I`m losing steam on it. They still treat it like a pay-to-win. It`s awful."
