"I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to get the app to work. I have contacted customer service and followed their instructions but it will still not allow me to access my Slam Account, which I`m going to assume now is essentially permanently gone. The whole process discouraged me from continuing to play the other Topps apps for fear they will be inaccessible someday. I try to steer away from one-star reviews, but I`m at a loss at what to do to get the app working."
