"The art style and idea are cool but the contrast between the mythology references and the modern stuff like Harry Potter and phones is way too much to work. It also ruins it for me when the game pretends I get to play a character and make choices but that character already has a personality and backstory I don`t know about and my choices are just time wasters. The light sensor gimmick is cool but not cool enough to justify itself, I should be able to switch manually with a button."

"Unmaze (Demo) is a game about Ariadne guiding Asterion, her brother, and Theseus, her boyfriend, out of a maze. She guides them one at a time and this is dependent on the phone`s perception of how dark or how light it is in real life. It looks interesting, but the maze lacks reward for exploration and most of the dialogue is arguments or strong negative emotions (reasonable, but repetitive). In the end, the demo lacks a feeling of progress, both in understanding the maze and the characters. 2/5."
