"The game starts out easy but it is really hard when you move to higher cities to get the money you need to level up departments and add doctors. Also need more than 5 receptionists and more seating for some of the doctors. Also no matter how much you level up some doctors take forever to do their jobs and only having 3 or 4 doctors for those departments is stupid. Others that don`t need them have 5 and they are not as busy"

"The game is fun for about 2 maybe 3 days but I can`t do anything anymore. I already upgraded to the best hospital and I got all of the departments in it and upgraded a few things to max but I can no longer upgrade my parking lot even tho it tells me to upgrade it 21 times. I make a few SD a minute but everything is over 40 SD to upgrade it and I need to upgrade them like 40-50 more times so and I can make anymore money than I already am. There`s not a lot to do in this game anymore. Pls update."
